Nurse Julie Farrelly

Julie is a Nurse Practitioner at Lotus Holistic Medicine. After earning her Masters of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) degree from Flinders University in 2005, Julie gained extensive experience in emergency departments, remote industrial settings, and general practice. Over the last decade, she has embraced Integrative and Functional Medicine, completing advanced qualifications such as an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine, Applied Functional Medicine Certification (USA), BHRT Certification (USA), and Health and Wellness Coaching certifications (Australia).

As a member of the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM), Julie is progressing through the ACNEM Fellowship program. At Lotus Holistic Medicine, she combines her expertise in Functional Medicine and her Nurse Practitioner skills to support patients on their journey to optimal health.

Ana Plesec

Ana Plesec is an Integrative Health Coach dedicated to helping individuals navigate the path to better health in their everyday lives. She is passionate about the holistic model of health, which addresses all pillars of well-being—mind, body, and spirit.

Ana’s own healing journey deepened her understanding of the importance of treating the body as a whole. Her curiosity and commitment to uncovering the root causes of her health challenges led her to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (USA), where she graduated in 2022.

There, she gained expertise in over 100 dietary theories—including Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, and macrobiotics—as well as in lifestyle management and cutting-edge coaching techniques. She studied under renowned health and wellness experts such as Joshua Rosenthal, David Wolfe, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, and Dr. Andrew Weil.

In early 2025, Ana expanded her knowledge by becoming a certified herbal therapist. Her education has provided her with a comprehensive foundation in holistic nutrition, health coaching, herbalism, and preventative wellness. Ana supports her clients by focusing on key pillars of healing, including diet, detoxification, supplement guidance, stress management, and cultivating the right mindset.
