Dr Sandeep Gupta

Dr. Sandeep Gupta is a specialist general practitioner who is a member of the RACGP. He runs a busy integrative practice on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. In 2017 Dr. Gupta established the Lotus Institute of Holistic Health to provide integrative medicine training for those seeking it. The Institute’s first online course, Mold Illness Made Simple, was initially launched in 2016, and then revised in 2020.

Heidi Dahlenburg RN

Heidi Dahlenburg is an Integrative Nurse and Naturopathic Clinician with over 20 years of clinical experience in acute care hospitals, integrative health settings, and clinical trials. She provides patient-centred care that combines the strengths of conventional and complementary medicine, with a focus on supporting individuals through cancer treatment and recovery. Heidi’s approach addresses nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and immune support to enhance well-being throughout the cancer journey. She is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Professional Nursing at Griffith University and holds a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Practice Nursing.

Rachel Bourne

Rachel Bourne is a trauma-informed integrative psychological practitioner with over a decade of experience in holistic healing. Her work combines sound-assisted psychology, frequency medicine, energy healing, and somatic therapies to support the body’s innate ability to heal. Rachel’s background includes integrative oncology support, subconscious healing, EFT, and transitional therapy. She is a 500-hour certified yoga and mindfulness teacher and has been mentored by leading integrative doctors. Rachel is passionate about frequency-based healing, nervous system regulation, and regenerative living.
